Couple years ago I went to the dentist and they gave me some hydrogen peroxide to rinse my mouth with. I often use hydrogen peroxide (pharmaceutical grade) to clear out excess ear wax. I'm prone to ear wax buildup and blockages. The fizzing loosens the wax and helps me wash it out. So that's my favourite usage for it I guess lol

That's a great question. I have just recently watched many videos about the nebulizer and so many people doing treatments with peroxide. Comments of many people who have done this say it works. I also watched many videos by different doctors saying that Peroxide is great to kill germs in the mouth, gargle not swallow obviously. 2 Parts water one part 3% peroxide, some don't even dilute it and they don't use food grade. Comments on that topic by people who have been doing this for over 10 years say they never have teeth or gum issues or colds and it works. Also many doctors are saying how putting 5 drops on peroxide into each ear cleans the ears big time. Comments by people also saying it works. I tend to believe what the doctors say and what people are saying about it...... so I will try it out. Good luck

I found out about h²o² through a friend who is a very successful trader. The dude is in his mid 40's but looks 30. I started taking a few drops of 13% in water whenever I felt like a cold was coming on, and dropping 13% straight in my ears. As for it being a "cure for all"- I wouldn't go as far to make that claim, however I can say I have not had flu in 4 years (since I started h²o²) and have had no side effects whatsoever. Every single person in my house has had a persistent cough, except me. My colleagues who I sit right next to every day was off sick for a week, his whole family were sick, yet I have never felt healthier. I've read that covid19 can live in your throat for 4 days, before making its way into your lower respiratory system. I only use about a teaspoon fullrinse very very thoroughly and drink a couple glasses of water afterwards as well. Today however, I used it on a sore tooth and had a lot of swelling up over my cheekbone , is that normal for you. Swelling went down in a few hours. I think it found its way into an old abcess.

Correct protocol = 3 -5 drops of 35 % Food Grade H2O2 dissolved in 150 ml of distilled water, taken 3 x per day, on an empty stomach, with no food/drink intake within next hour. In this video are some false information, firstly and least important your chemical reaction was stociometerically wrong 2H2O2 -> 2H2O + O2 would be correct This means that only half the amount of oxygen would be produced. Secondly the katalase enzyme is not everywhere in sufficient amounts, so you would probably damage your esophagus with >3% and most definitely with 35%. Furthermore, afaik H2O2 will be absorbed into the blood and will be broken down there, therefore, it increases the blood oxygen level, but it will produce more oxygen than your blood is able to dissolve, this results in an embolism. Chubbyemu a great medicinal youtuber has done a great video about such a case.

H2O2 has enough evidence as to its efficacy to take it out of the realm of anecdote. The fact that you do not have a working model to explain how and why it helps does not diminish its efficacy. If you want to be scientific, then do not pose your lack of a model as proof of lack of effect. The effect is proven clinically. Skepticism is only useful with humility to balance it.

I think his point was that the burden of proof is on those claiming it’s efficacy. In short, he’s not responsible for showing the working model. This is how science works. You formulate a hypothesis and test it. Experimental models originate with a person trying to prove a hypothesis. You don’t make a hypothesis and then challenge everyone else to prove it wrong. You make a hypothesis and then test it yourself to see if it’s true, and all tests thus far have failed… generally causing the consensus that the hypothesis “drinking H2O2 is good for your health” hasn’t been able to be scientifically proven true, and thus is probably false since many have tried in vain and failed.
