This kind of came off like a college essay typed up the night before it was due with the writer cramming as many large words in as possible to pad it out and making false starts down topics that go nowhere and loop back into the nebula of three-syllable words. Qui-Gon surviving his duel with Maul is an interesting topic. If you have a specific narrative to give, don't worry about making it fancy. Just share the actual story.

There has to be a reason Qui-Gon survives, that's not made apparent in this video. If Qui-Gon survives his dual with Maul, assuming it really is a possibility, then how? Would Qui-Gon just kill Maul on his own because he's stronger or would he take him out with Obi-Wan? It's important that we know what happens during the duel before explaining what happens after Qui-Gon survives because the reason this could all possible could also affect what happens after, either they could get separated and Qui-Gon overpowers Maul (meaning this alternate Qui-Gon is a more powerful duelist) or Obi-Wan could never get separated from the fight at all and they both end up killing Maul (because this alternate Obi-Wan's stronger), we don't know. That's not made clear, but the video says it impacts destiny.
