These videos always make my day. I feel ive made all of them at least once, and as someone who hates repetition I love the variety but still packed with flavour and protein. I like to add an extra vegetable often or my coworker tells me off, so for this one I added some mushrooms. Thank you for my life and saving my work weeks!!

As a slight varient i put the marinated chicken in the air fryer then added onto a mixed bean salad. Added the dressing and oh my god, it tasted sublime. Healthy and proper tasty.

Do you choose Jasmine rice for preference or is it a part of the flavor profile? I have noticed you use it often Chef, but I find the flavor very floral and unpleasant.

I use jasmine for everything other than Indian or Mexican cuisines. You can use any rice you like, it doesn’t really matter too much.

I vacuum pack any halves of avocado I dont use. Lasts a few days in the fridge without going brown. Doesnt need lemon juice on it before vacuuming.

If the chicken is releasing moisture you need to increase the heat as you’re steaming the meat rather than searing it. If that’s the case, cook out and evaporate the moisture or drain it as a worse case scenario
