Your videos are literally what fuel me during the week. I cook once on suday for two days and then wednesday for two days and heat it up in the office and lunch. I basically eat only stuff i find on your channel. Thanks for making these videos, you are really helping a lot :)

These look really great Chef Jack. I don’t have problems with avocados over here in vic. I do seem to be able to get ripe ones at the moment. I do agree though they don’t have a mixture of ripe or just under ripe very often as I think the demand for them is much higher than before. I just stick them with my bananas for a day but also this video shows that it’s ok if you can’t get an ingredient, just adapt the recipe. Another tasty easy meal prep video Chef Jack.

Love you Jack, and I get the business case, but please put the ingredients in a list in the description. It’s so unbelievably convenient and it was the thing that kept me coming back to your videos. It’s really what made you stand out from the rest. I know if I go elsewhere for my meal prep you’re only loosing one viewer so you might not be overly fussed. But trust me when I say myself and others chose to stick with you as you gave us the recipes in an easy to follow format which felt like we weren’t being nickel and dime’d.

The recipe is in the link in the description. I’ll start putting the ingredients back in but the method will stay on the website as I have limited characters I can use per description which is why I can’t always fit the recipe in there

random tip, you should always chill your rice first, so just take the cooking pot out and fluff the rice before setting in the fridge while doing everything else so that you don't ruin the cilantro going in there because when I didn't mine went super brown in like 10 minutes and it just looked ugly...

What kinda tortillas are those? I get the burrito sized tortillas and they don't hold that much! When I roll them, they like to rip.

Great video What can I use instead of bean ? My gut can’t tolerate beans
@darylvandorst3032Күн бұрын
If you don't mind me asking, how do the beans affect your gut? I have a friend with terrible gut health, who is trying everything he can for it to be healthy, but nothings seems to work. He does eat a lot of beans though.

I make pico all the time and just leave it out, sometimes I add jalapeno to add the colour but just tomato, onion (white onion preferably - red is a last resort) and lime works great

Looks delicious. Are you using a low-carb tortilla here to get those macros?
@jayiswanted261613 күн бұрын
Has to be as the wrap would be half those calories otherwise. But low-carb wraps would likely tear when wrapping!

Is there a reason why so many internet chefs use induction cookers? Also where did you get your wide pan from? Much love from Busselton Western Australia
@guitarandbass199513 күн бұрын
I guess it’s a presentation thing. Easier to film on a bench with an induction cooker than trying to position the camera near the stove especially if you’re trying to film multiple angles. As for the pan it’s a Hexclad pan.
@LennyMiller73913 күн бұрын
It's 100% for ease of production. It's the same as when you see them cooking on a cast iron that's not on any heat source. It's just hard to film cooking on a normal stove unless you want to go Kenji style
