1:25 Maybe double the seasoning here, those thighs look barely coated and herbs are nothing but good for you. Not to mention flavor.

The recipe is good, but it‘s really better to use mortar and pestle.

Ive been told to be careful boiling cream. Simmer is preferable?

It depends on the fat content. Been bringing cream to a boil for years and never split

Are the kidney beans canned? I only have dried kidney beans avaliable
@ChefJackOvens
@ChefJackOvens 12 сағат бұрын
I use canned. If you’ve got dried beans, soak them overnight and cook per packet instructions then use as required in the recipe

I made this for dinner tonight as well as a eggplant version for my vegetarian wife and oh my God it was so good. I think more chili flakes would be better because it had a very low heat level that I thought was pleasant. Sauce was amazing but didn't seem to make nearly as much as yours did. Maybe I did something wrong and it came out thicker, but it was only enough for a bit less than three sandwiches and not four.
