Quick 3D Airspace test with floor and ceiling of the ground

Creating 3D features for visualization in Google Earth just because I couldn't procrastinate any more on other stuff, anyway this one is special for me as I can now create complex airspaces off the ground with floor and ceiling and not just the normal extend to ground option which doesn't work when things are not supposed to touch the surface.
Also pro tip, vertical exaggeration in Google Earth is only applied to terrain so if you have features you need to export those with the exaggeration already included. So basically use Vertical Exaggeration = 1.0 for everything to match
