Can guasha and jade roller can be used on face back to back and both should be kept cold?

Yes! I have a video on that coming this week. Thought it’s not necessary, it can be very relaxing to have a longer sesh with both tools. I personally do not keep mine cool. I’ve seen Gua Sha experts saying you get better results if it’s warm. But ofc, it’s all about preference and what you enjoy most.
