umm i just wanted to know if you felt nausea after doing this because i'm currently studying and i dont want to start my day with tiredness . So what should I prefer , doing it before going to bed or as soon as i wake up in the morning .
Hey Sis, thank you so much for this really lovely and well done tutorial. So clear to follow and your movements are so graceful. I am new to Gua Sha and have really been enjoying the benefits. So relaxing and soothing, and I imagine the better circulation helps to keep the face firm and young looking. I really enjoying doing this tutorial last night after my bath and before bed. I will definitely continue. I was wondering, what are the benefits you've noticed for youself with Gua Sha?

Wonderful to hear! The results of this practice vary, as it focuses on de-puffing and draining fluid from your face to give a more sculpted appearance. Some individuals may experience more noticeable results if they naturally have puffiness due to water retention from various health reasons. I do see a depuffing effect, especially in the morning. I initially began doing face Gua Sha for cosmetic purposes, aiming to achieve a more 'snatched' appearance. However, I soon realised that the meditation and mindfulness aspect of the practice was more beneficial to me so I am forever greatful for this magical tool :)

When do I use the guasha? At which step of my skin routine? 1) Cleanser 2) Tonic 3) Serum 4) Moisturiser but WHEN the guasha with faceoil?
@TinaEngeo6 ай бұрын
You have options. 1.Wash your face and gua sha with face oil and then wash it off if you don't like the feeling of oil. 2. Do your whole skincare routine, end with face oil (nighttime) then gua sha. 3. You can also do it in the shower but I would recommend a stainless steel tool for that, in case you drop your tool.

@TinaEngeo Жыл бұрын
The last step is the forehead. Do that a couple times extra, look into retinol & sunscreen. You can’t really reverse fine lines with just gua sha, only smoothen it out temporarily 🩷

Sis I have a question, my English is not so good so I hope you'll understand my point and help me out plz... I've been sleeping on my right side since I was a teenager and now I'm 25 and the right side of my face looks flat while the left side is kinda chubby and my jawline is not equal too, so plz let me know which side of my do I have to work to make it normal? In your previous video (about asymmetrical face) you told us to use gua Sha 10x to the side which is asymmetrical, so do I have to do it 10x on right side and 5 on left ?? Plz let me know I'm really confused 🥺
@TinaEngeo Жыл бұрын
10x on the left to depuff the cheeks. Gua sha will not alter your bones structure. Its about your other habits, chewing, smiling, sleeping and genetics. We all have some asymmetrical features and thats totally normal and makes us unique 🥰
