That is exactly what I was thinking. All these videos with his gigantic ventrac thing, and I keep thinking, "Can't you please just do a normal mowing video of a normal yard?" This is more like it. I'm glad I'm not alone in that thought.
@CopperCreekCuts2 жыл бұрын
I would love to do more, but just haven't been getting the calls for them this year. They is part of why there are so many Ventrac videos. THAT work is there, the tall grass mowing just isn't!
@Fungi7332 жыл бұрын
@@CopperCreekCuts Yeah, I mean, I like the Ventrac time lapses. But I like normal lawns a bit more.
@joshuaburba10482 жыл бұрын
@@CopperCreekCuts Well that's strange. I'm sorry to hear you're not getting those calls as much. I shall consider this video a rare treat then. Stay safe.
@joshuaburba10482 жыл бұрын
@@Fungi733 I'm the same, except I like these a lot more, not just a bit more. But, as Brad said, if he's not getting the calls for those, he needs to take work where he can get it, so I can understand that.
@pinecone012 жыл бұрын
I'm always impressed how much of a difference edging makes visually on the property -- also got so used to seeing the Ventrac as soon as I saw the mower, I went "That's not the Venny... Oh yeah, he has the Toro too..." Not complaining, I enjoy both types of content!

Nice to see an old Brad video. Loving the Ventrac but have missed these ones. Hope you are well.

Another great job, thanks Brad! Only just noticed that you're left handed. My internal monologue was like 'something's different, what is it? Oh he holds his trimmer differently to me'

I don’t know why I find these video’s so satisfying, I don’t even mow my own lawn as often as I should. But watching it down is just so relaxing. If you do any power washing jobs that would make a nice video would love to see more of those as well.

It's always nice to see what a big difference solid, basic, lawncare makes to the appearance of one's property. This wasn't one of those "mowing the Amazon" videos, but still, what a tremendous improvement between the before & after shots. Nice work, Brad. Keep it up!

I like that you ran your edger thru those contraction joints. I do that, too. I think it does a better job of getting at roots and so forth, than the weed-whacker does. And what a cracked cement mess! Somebody didn't do right, lol.

Nice you are getting a place cared for for new owners. They will feel welcome and can "just move in". Thanks for the explanation on edging in sand in your area. I have noted some places don't have a regular driveway and don't seem to have a way to edge the length. Someone just brought up the general topic of, "Can you edge along the road?". Can you? There doesn't always seem to be a gutter or curb but there is usually paving. Is that extra yard progress you would add-in over time? Done "once in a while"? Good use of the blower, to get the leaves out of the rock bed. It looked extra sharp afterwards. Enjoyed the before and after look. Hope you are well. We have some blue sky and chronic drought, which makes the soggy parts of the U.S. look perplexing.

That's crazy to me that somebody would actually comment about you cutting down that fence line blowing grass into somebody's backyard maybe if you blew it into their driveway and left it yes but blowing grass onto grass and leaves into a backyard full of leaves some petty ass people out there and apparently a lot of them subscribe to you LOL keep up the good work is there anybody in Duvall that rents attachments for the ventrac I know this was just a quick lunch money yard but just a good straight up finish mowing with that bintrac would be a good video

Good for you young man ! I love it when I hear about young entrepreneurs, and the fact you are asking for suggestions shows fortitude. Is very wise to watch and listen to those who are already established as the can teach you a great deal. Now, I'm an old grandma so I am going to say, SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY !!! Harbor Freight has cheap, but decent eye and ear protection, get some and always use. Just watched Spencer Mowing and he knows better but did not take care and shows us his eye injury. Please be smart. Also, take 5 bucks a week and put it away for emergencies, i.e. belt breaks, can't get edger blade, etc. I don't know you but am very proud of you and wish you much success.
