Servings: 9-10 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 ml milk
- 50 grams of melted butter
- 200 grams of flour (1+1/4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Additionally:
- 80-100 grams of jam
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 20 minutes.
This recipe can be made at home with simple ingredients that are readily available in stores. Enjoy!
