most bread making will tell us to leave the butter in the end until the gluten has developed but yours is added in the beginning, will that affect the gluten formation?

I love coffee buns so much.I always choose this over almost any breads, especially when it has a lot of cheeses in it
I've tried your other recipe using all purpose flour, it went well, but this one really is it ok to add milk powder also the method kinda different from the one i followed before??? i am worry it won't went well with all purpose flour, since here hard to find bread flour, thankyou so much! 🍫

Hi, I’ve made coffee buns several times but may I ask your experience after it’s been sitting out for a couple of hours? Is it normal for it to ‘sweat’ and become sticky or am I not baking it enough? It does return if I toast it but I’m wondering if there’s a way to prevent it. Thanks!

As a bakery chef,no,you cannot substitute icing sugar to normal sugar But you can just grind the sugar well in the grinder and it will form icing sugar in just 3-5mins Hope this helps😊

OK, so 3 tablespoons of butter for the dough, one stick of butter for the cookie topping, and one tablespoon of butter to place inside each of the 12 rolls that the recipe makes. In total, slightly less than 3 full sticks of butter for this recipe. Got it.

I know your comment is old, but in case people read this, it’s 1 teaspoon of butter placed inside each bun, which comes at 4 tablespoons for 12 of them. The recipe calls for less than 2 sticks of butter in total.

I don't know what i did wrong but mine did not turn out like this at all. I thought I did everything right but when it was time to put the coffee topping it spilled everywhere and did not stay on the bread. Instead of turning the bread brown it didnt stay on at all and burned of.
