I tried this recipe and for some reason mine didn't turn out as soft and fluffy. It's not hard but it is still more dense than I would like. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I thought this recipe would be easier for me since the last time I baked bread my bread turned out dense when I kneaded the dough. I guess I'll keep trying.
