Dough
Bread flour 200g / 1,1/3cup
Caster sugar 20g / 3Tbsp
Sea salt 1g / 1/4tsp
Fresh milk 120ml+-
Instant yeast 2g / 2/3tsp
Unsalted butter 20g / 1.5Tbsp
Unsalted butter cube 30g(5g each x 6)
Coffee topping
Instant coffee 3g / 1tsp
Lukewarm water 5g / 1tsp
Unsalted butter 30g / 1/8cup
Caster sugar 20g / 3Tbsp
Whole egg 25g / 1.5Tbsp
Plain flour 35g / 3Tbsp
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 15-17 minutes

I made 6 pieces. You need to increase the amount of yeast. Recipe showing too little yeast.

I had tried it and i find out that coffee should use 1tbsp instead of q tsp. Other wise the topping is not good.
