Ingredients for GRANOLA IN THE HEALTHY VEGAN PAN
My measuring cup is 250 ml
2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of walnuts or any dried fruit
1/3 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1/4 Cup of Peanut or Peanut Paste
Store in a closed bottle in a cool, dry place for approximately 7 days.
