Ingredients for 2 people
My cup measures 300 ml
For 4 GLUTEN-FREE VEGAN CANNELLONI
👉 Stuffing
2 Eggplants.
1 red pepper.
Seasonings to taste (I used smoked paprika, pepper, salt, oregano)
Olive oil for the baking dish.
4 Basil Sprigs (optional).
1 small sprig of rosemary (optional)
2 garlic cloves.
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.
👉 Dough for 4 units
1 Cup of Chickpea Flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or parsley or cilantro
Seasonings to taste (I used smoked paprika and cumin)
1 1/4 cup water.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
👉Optional to decorate
2 tbsp sesame seeds or sesame seeds
Fresh basil, salt and oil
Sweet or smoked paprika (to taste)
