Thank you so much 😭💕 I started this on an 8 I’m now at a 4 and just about to do it a third time to bring it down to hopefully a 2. The whole thing about expecting pain and tightness resonates so much. I have abs when I do no exercise and I always joke it was because of my period pains … but if I’m tensing this much maybe Its not a joke 😂❤️ thank you recommending this video to all my friends now!
