I have PMDD and heavy, very long periods so around the end of the cycle feels like I go through “post” period dip in energy and mood just like PMDD, so I’m really grateful anytime to find help with this!! Just discovered your channel. Something you said made a lightbulb go off in my mind. Do you reckon this could well be particularly bad for some of us because we have unprocessed emotions from the past so it hits us so much harder every month? I feel like the worst version of myself for about a week and then calm is restored and rinse repeat. Every. Single. Month. It's getting really tiresome now. I don't get any physical pain or headaches but the frustration and psychological torture is absolutely horrific. Not even SSRIs have worked for me or magnesium, B vitamins etc etc. I'm here out of sheer desperation. Thank you for providing this video.

Try tapping on the emotional charge you have around feeling this way every month. You may also want to tap on these feelings when you are feeling good...so you are being proactive instead of re-active when you have the symptoms. If you do have trauma from the past, good to work with someone to help you with that. Hope this helps.
