Quick and easy removal of threaded inserts from plastic

hi, i just found you, the yt algorythm is working! youre the first one on yt to talk about them inserts. (*takes a lot of time, most people dont care about it). "reclaim as much metal as i can"! we share the same mindset.👍🤝

How can you remove them without damaging the plastic. My replacement frame came without them for my tablet.
