Tomato Mozzarella Tortellini 🍝 Recipe👇🏻 • 150 g Tortellini • Olive oil • 1 onion • 2 garlic cloves • 1 tbsp tomato paste • Cherry tomatoes • 1/2 cup heavy cream • Dried basil • Salt • Pepper • Parmesan cheese • Mozzarella cheese for topping Instructions • In a saucepan, add the olive oil with the chopped onion and garlic. • Add the cherry tomatoes and let it soften. • Add tomato paste and heavy cream. • Add basil, pepper and salt and let it simmer. • Add in the tortellini and parmesan cheese and stir. • Top with mozzarella cheese and serve .
