Today I will show you the incredibly delicious recipe for tortellini alla panna! Although it is usually eaten with tortellini (filled pasta), you can of course also prepare this meal with other pasta. Who thought that the sauce consists only of cream, is wrong here. The special consistency comes mainly from the egg yolk. And I wouldn't leave out the nutmeg either, it adds the right flavor. A delicious white wine would go well with this🥰.😋 Bon appetit!
Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
1 tablespoon butter
200g ham
450ml cream
70g Parmesan
400g tortellini
2 egg yolks
Some salt, nutmeg
100ml pasta water
parsley (optional)

Meine Güte! Aber sonst esst ihr bestimmt nie was ungesundes aus dem Supermarkt. Wenn ich beim Einkaufen sehe was die Leute im Wagen haben und was da Ernährung heisst....da ist das wenigste ein Lebensmittel. Sahne ist eines und dazu ein sehr gesundes!

Kenne Alla Panna Soße, aber ohne Ei soweit ich weiß. Aber gut kann man auch machen. Ich mache noch Emmentaler Käse , Pfeffer und Oregano rein.
