I'm on my daughter's trip to DC. We are out from 7-10 everyday. We walk about 10 miles everyday. I have worked out every morning before leaving for the day. Discipline over motivation is real! I wouldn't have done it without this community. I am so appreciative for Sydney, her team, and each and everyone who showed up today to help push me. Thank you, all!

Today I go to an Indian street food marketplace to try my friend’s vegan Indian food booth. Proud of her and her cuisine supports the workout I just did today. Happy, healthy, strong, summertime fine 👑💪

I thought you were kidding when you said “you have made it to your cooldown” cause that workout went by so fast! I’m on vacation, so I’m super bummed I missed yesterday’s workout and hope to make that up one day, but so grateful for some no equipment needed options. Will be missing several workouts thus next week but will hope to get some body weight workouts in still. Waking up early on vacation is defo not my favorite, but it’s no or it won’t happen. Grateful I chose to wake up and crush today’s workout!

Nothing makes me feel more alive and ready for the day than a good sweaty, cardio workout! I was struggling for a few weeks to get up and crush the workouts but then a friend told me to not give myself the choice... Just do it! Really changed my mental state and now it's just second nature to get up and workout, even on a Saturday! Great job to all!

When you said “you have made it to your cooldown” I was waiting for u to say “just kidding a few exercises more” and then u said to stretch and I was like “really it’s the cooldown already” and I double checked the screen 😅 the first set felt like never ending whereas the second set passed by very quickly! Are u sure Sydney we did all the exercises in the second set?😛😄

This workout felt pretty advanced! Slowed some things down, modified, and got it done!!!! Your post workout motivation is always the best!! You can never tell us enough to live our life in a way that is supporting what we do on the mat and makes our work here worth it and effective!! My chest and quads are sore from yesterday it's been a while since i was sore in my chest i thought i was doing something wrong but yesterday's workout woke those muscles i noticed that doing a half chest fly really push my chest muscles anyways today's workout was great i loved

I had to modify this heavily, because I have a flu and had pretty high fever for 2 days 🤒 But, 12 weeks without my saturday sweets/chocolate/wine, over 15 000 steps/day and less salt&sugar! Down 5 kg/11 lbs 🥳
