My nutrition has consisted of junk n sugar for the last few weeks due to stress, but yesterday, I prayed that God would help me turn it around, and He did! I woke up early with the energy and strength to do this tough leg workout! 🙏Great job everyone!

I was always a sweets person and then had to cut dairy and soy due to my breastfeeding journey and it’s crazy once you go so long without it, you honestly don’t crave it anymore. Like I could care less to ever eat sweets now. I think it’s also due to these workouts and Sydney’s constant reminders. I’ve worked so hard to get my body in shape, why would I mess that up with my choices outside the workout. Easier said than done but you can do it and you won’t regret it!

For the first time since breaking my ankle at the end of march, I did split squats without having to hold onto or have my fingertips on a wall to help me balance. Sounds like a small win but I was so excited when I realized I could do it!
