Small correction: it's not that the first engine takes a couple seconds to start but that there is no "generator" power until 18% for the gauges to show RPM and temp But the engines starts turning as soon as you lift the finger lifts, even if it can't be seen :)

I have an issue with Link 16. Going from cold start, I only see steer points on the map. I cant actually see friends or foe. What did I miss?

assuming you loaded the data cartridge in the 2d map, the JTIDS switch on the left side wall panel needs to be set to auto, that turns on the link 16, also try rereading the dtm on the ampcd. I was having troubles with it before I made this video, it took me a couple rereads through the manual to figure it out. also, I had differing results depending on missions, and you'll need to be receiving data from a local AWACS also to help it out

I have a problem where the right throttle wont go to idle , any idea what is the issue ?

It could be that your keybind might not be set up, in the launcher its called "THR: CUTOFF RELEASE - idle detent - toggle" and it might have a combo key with it. I think the default keybind is alt+i. and make sure you have the proper engine selected

My right engine rise up only to 20 - 21 % and shuts down. Never reach 25% to click idle. What is wrong?

You might've missed a switch on the engine master panel, make sure you have the generator switches flipped to on, if you're flipping the switches one engine at a time, they like to hide behind the green switch guard
