Nice one dude.I was starting to have a problem with my fuel pump on my 02 Road King. Turned out to be a relay that cost 7 dollars I picked up at the auto parts store. I got the tip off a guy on KZbin. Thanks for the tip and video. Ride on brother.

Nice info, I tried it and worked great! Bought the o-ring for .39 cents at my local Ace Hardware. Used dental pick to remove old one. Little bit of a chore to get the new one place using small screwdriver.

Upper oring: 8mm ID, 13mm OD, 2.5mm W lower oring: 10mm ID, 14mm OD, 2mm W

Good call out. The newer models are dif sizes for sure. There's a 3rd o-ring on the fuel line end as well. I don't know the size of that one.

This info still good. I used Dorman part #64492.1. Cost $0.99ea. Make sure that whatever you use is either Viton (best) or nitrile rubber for fuel resistance.

I bought a 50 pack of Harley drain plug o-rings on Amazon they work on the fuel check valve as well no leaks

the O-rings go inside the check valve. I hope that answered your question

Scotty, having a problem with my 2 fuel lines going into the tank. My question is, is there a"O" ring On the check valve that is screwed into the bottom of the tank.? I installed the check valve's then I Put the Goodrich threaded fuel lines on. Still have a leak. So, do the threaded check valve's need an "O" ring on them.? Can't find any help . You're the closest I found to maybe helping me. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out. Thanks Scotty.

Harley spares are a rip off! H.D.should wake up to the fact that people don't like being robbed! It's possible to find cheap parts, I had to do a repair on my Road King, Parts at main dealership, £1000! E.Bay £97!! Sad to say Bikers get mugged at every turn, spread the word about cheaper alternatives!! Well done Bro!

O RING’s for fuel tank check valve: upper = o.d. .50 .104 thick Lower = o.d. .56 .07 thick O RING for fuel line (that goes into check valve): o.d. .37 .09 thick

Hi Bob, my fuel QD started dripping yesterday on a somewhat sunny ride here in the U.K. For efi glide models, will these fit? I will convert to metric sizes and see where I can buy online as all motor factors are shut due to this virus lockdown. To buy from the US, shipping is more than the cost of product. Thanks.
