Thank you for the tutorial! It was a fun and easy project for my mom’s birthday present. I actually used super bulky Bernat “plush” that I found on clearance. It made for a soft yet sturdy cozy. Could work great for baskets as well!

If my bottom is not 3.5 in do I continue with the 3 singles and then 2 in the next one? Can I go up a hook size for the walls?

this might be a dumb question, but can acrylic be used?

Hi! Yes you can use acrylic yarn!

I would love to give this a try; it would keep my hands from 🥶 Can I use thinker cotton yarn for this ? Is this possible 🤔
@TheTurtleTrunk2 жыл бұрын
Hi Sindy! Yes you can use a medium weight cotton yarn! I've seen people use a medium weight cotton and the same crochet hook and it work just fine! If you find it's too small, you can just go up a hook size or 2.

@The Turtle Trunk Thanks a lot for answering. Now I know that I can use thinner yarn, but that wasn't my question😅. My question was if it was possible to make it in something like a T-shirt yarn? I've got the Ribbon yarn from Hobbi here. Just wondering 🤔 Thanks again, stay safe STILL 🙏 and greetings, Sindy 🥰

@@sindy5100 that should be fine! I haven’t tried with a tshirt yarn but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work!

I started with 6 stitches, will this pattern still work?
@TheTurtleTrunk2 жыл бұрын
It won't work with 7, after working the base, you're going to need 35 stitches for the star stitches to work properly, so starting with 7 stitches and increasing evenly while making the base will make that happen! Hope that helps!

How much would you sell these for?

Hi! I would say around $10 USD would be a good price!
