Matthew: My wife --(Cue the broken hearts of multiple women and some gay men) I liked seeing you season the chicken too instead of just the flour. I feel like seasoning the flour doesn't give enough flavor to the chicken and you basically waste the rest of it when you don't use up all of the flour.
