I ink an embossing folder on the raised side...with embossing ink, then embossed with gold powder. Using the flourish folder. It turned out amazing

If I'm not sure which side I prefer, I ink both sides of the folder, and that way it's easier to decide. As long as the ink doesn't leak through, I will also use two colours. Unless the folder has script or numbers, there's no right or wrong side, and the debossed effect can be nicer than one would think, at first glance.

Maybe an odd question but.... why the need for the Make Art station? Isn't the glass mat magnetic? I'm just curious because I am considering getting one & just wondering if it's magnetic enough to hold the stencil and cardstock....

you can get the glass mat magnetic but I didn't at the time lol kind of wish I would have
