Can you do a video of how to fill/rebalance the Gelip?

The gelips are applied slightly away from the skin, but then not filled with any gel? The topcoat goes directly onto the natural nail?

For this one, ideally you'd want to apply closer to the cuticle. If you feel like your natural nail sticks out, you can apply a layer of the base first and then blend to the gelip

Do you also recommend filling in the extensions with the NT bases? Or would you soak off and re-apply?

Yes you can definitely do fills with the NT bases to grow out the extensions and the natural nails :)

Can you skip adding a thin layer to the nails with the mega stick base as well?

Since the Mega is more flexible, adding a thin layer when using mega stick will ensure structure and support!
