QUICK & EASY TURKEY HALLOUMI BURGER || MAKING TURKEY BURGERS FROM SCRATCH || FRIED HALLOUMI ||

Welcome to another video. Today we make some turkey burgers with crispy fried halloumi with toppings and a greek yoghurt feta sauce. I've list measurements used below:
For turkey burgers
1kg or 2lb ground/minced turkey (500kg or approx 1lb would make 4 burgers)
3 garlic cloves minced
2 scallions or green onions
red, orange and green peppers
1 shallot chopped
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp capers
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Crispy halloumi
sliced halloumi
2 tbsp all-purpose/plain flour
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
chopped or dried parsley
oil for frying
For the sauce, I mixed greek yoghurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper and crumbled feta cheese.
