This is a quick and easy face yoga routine whenever you have 5 minutes of your time. You can do in the morning or at night.
If you are in a rush you can skip the face massage but focus on the exercises.
When doing the exercises the key is to follow the right technique:
1. Do each step slowly and try to isolate + feel your face muscles
2. Hold each exercise as long as you can or around 30 seconds
3. Repeat 3x
4. Do it in front of the mirror and if you see any wrinkles - adjust the pose.

Thank you.🙏 I am 65 and have been doing facial exercises for approx 10 years. All your exercises and massage I've been doing for this time and definitely have seen the results. I dont look 45 but my face has definitely maintained it's more youthful shape. My cheeks are where they should be, my jaw has not sagged and my skin is definitely much better than it was 10 years ago. Anyone who says facial exercises do not work are protecting their own enterprises( cosmetic surgeons for example). Come on girls, take your face into your "own hands" and start exercising and massaging daily....Believe me, it's worth it.😉❤

Love your videos... quick fact my mother that is now 49 years old and looking so darn good for her age use to and still does face exercises. She started when she was in her 30s and she would always tell me about them but never really thought about doing them. Now that im 32 i just started a month ago and i can really see the difference.

I’ve been doing face yoga for 6 months. I found this channel recently and what a difference I can feel with these exercises !! Wow I can feel that muscle ache and warm glow after. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow and so very effective. What a beautiful lady to learn from, I look forward to following more routines. I’m going to track my progress with photos.

Amazing workout! I felt all the muscles but the down lip 💋 had incredible difference! Like put yalouronic acid!😮

Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "relaxation facial description" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my brother in law got cool results with it.

I love you made the set of exercises to do.As mostly the videos I've found was 1 exercise or 2 and for one face part..then I was searching the exercise for another face part..it's exhausting. Here you have kind of complex.I love it.Thank you!!

thank you !:) You have to make sure to press your eyes together strong enough to feel the resistance yet not so much to create any wrinkle around the eyes. :*

I’m having trouble with the cat-eye exercises; - should I squeeze my eyes shut.. forming crows line wrinkles? - a lot of tension in my shoulders.. it’s difficult to push in and back on head while keeping shoulders relaxed and down I’m about 5 days begin getting this fantastic, wonderful video routine.. feels physically and mentally refreshing . Thank you 😍

My goodness, I've been doing Petas workouts holding the position forever and 150 religions then Danielle Collins and i swear I have not felt tge exercises working as well as these ones. Thank you sweetheart, that was great. Do you have anymore? The second one was the strongest but I loved them all. It's very cute the way you say palmes. The l is silent in English so it's just pams but I love the way you say it better.

Love this workout. Face feels warm and glowy. I felt each exercise to be effective. I used a serum to prep, but have used jojoba oil too with great results!

I just started my face yoga journey and I was feeling overwhelmed with having to practice up to 20 mins a day ( which I read in some articles ) and being a busy mom I just thought there is no way but then I found this video and this is so doable and such a great starting point! it is completely normal to jawn afterwards. This can happen cause you are holding the breath during the exercise, and because eustachian tube has to balance the pressure after the exercise :)

İ have been doing some exercises like these for 3 weeks but my cheeks continue to sag.. what am i doing wrong??😔 Also i find second one more effective

nothing it just means your masseter (masticatory) musclces are too tense and you need to release tension. These exercises are great for releasing tension.

the key is to press the temporalis muscles (sides of the face diagonally up) and squeeze your eyes together to create the opposite resistance. try it lying down - it will be easier to feel it :)

Dear this is because the under eye muscles are the weakest. The more you practice the easier it will be for you.

it is not an easy one but with practice it will improve. Go slowly and hold as long as you can :)

I found your exercise is very basic you only work on a couple muscles I suppose they are the major ones but you talk way too much and I think you need to stop talking and do more in your routines
