QUICK FOR TEA ❗❗ Cake in 20 minutes

Love cakes, but don't like messing around with baking? Then this recipe is for you!
In this video I will show you how to make a delicious and easy no-bake cookie cake. All you need are cookies, sour cream, sugar and a little time.
Everything is very simple! Dip the cookies in milk and place them in layers in a cake pan. We grease each layer with sour cream, to which you can add your favorite additives, for example, nuts, dried fruits or chocolate.
The cake turns out very tasty and tender, and can be prepared in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients:
Cookies - 800 g
Sour cream - 3 cups (700 g)
Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Prunes - 100 g
Walnuts - 100 g
Chocolate - 1 bar
Milk - 3 tbsp.
Butter - 20 g
Preparation:
Let's prepare sour cream. Beat sour cream with a mixer with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
Dip the cookies in milk and place them in layers in a cake pan.
Grease each layer with sour cream.
Between layers add chopped prunes and walnuts.
Preparing the glaze. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, add milk and butter, stir until smooth.
Pour the icing onto the cake.
The cake is ready! Let it cool a little and cut into pieces.
Adviсe:
For a richer taste, you can add cinnamon or lemon zest to the cream.
If the prunes are dry, pour boiling water over them for 10-15 minutes to soften them.
You can use any chocolate you like for the frosting.

Я делала такой торт,он очень вкусный,только без молока,печенье шоколадное выкладывала и заливала сметанным кремом,сметану нельзя взбивать миксером она становиться жидкой в сметану добавить сахарную пудру и перемешать,но затем все остальное
