Usually it is done with sponge cake but to speed up and above all not turn on the oven, I used Sardinian Savoiardi (you can easily find them at the supermarket) but you can safely use the classic ladyfingers or Pavesini!

Ingredients: MOLD 20 CM
600 ml Whipping cream (preferably the vegetable already sugared)
2 tablespoons bitter cocoa
1- 2 tablespoons Nutella
Dark chocolate drops
Soft Savoiardi biscuits
150 ml Water
150 ml Alkermes liqueur (or sour cherry syrup or other liqueur)
