Today I propose a simple dessert made with almonds (gluten-free), egg whites and sugar, a single flavored base for a cabaret of assorted pastries, one better than the other!
Almond desserts are much sweeter, in the original recipe they go for the same weight of almonds and the same weight of sugar, but I almost halved them, even though they are sweet.
They are very easy and very soft ... the only trick is cooking must be fast and remain soft!
INGREDIENTS
500 G ALMOND FLOUR
300 G SUGAR
3- 4 EGGS (about 120 g)
1 VIAL OF ALMOND AROMA
POWDERED SUGAR
To decorate
ALMONDS
CANDIED CHERRIES
PISTACHIOS
HAZELNUTS
NUTELLA
SPREADABLE PISTACHIO CREAM
