Quick Fun Turkey & Chicken Quartering

If only this is as long as it took in real time. Believe it or not this was actually our first turkey that we processed. You can probably tell by the not so great plucking job. In all fairness though, we did butcher the turkey after dark using the headlights of the truck. Anyways, I hope you enjoy a quick fun video after our long absence.
