Dear IT Genius. You guys are awesome. Heads-up!. Google Workspace Calendar will not automatically give access to members added to the group (in admin) after the calendar was set. Google just confirmed this with me two weeks ago. Groups either need to be re-invited to the calendar or new members will need to be invited individually. Be careful about assuming all new groups members can see all calendars. Group Parenting organization does work in Google Drive, but NOT in Calendar. Thanks for your content, it has been helpful to me as non-IT person who is responsible for the IT of our organization. I have scheduled an introductory meeting with your team an look forward to it.

Oh wow really? It’s always been screwy for me with calendar access but worked for events - and assumed it worked for all for calendar access too. Thanks for the heads up! 😎

How is Google Meet better than Zoom exactly? Zoom has been much more stable and reliable than Google Meet for years here in the USA. And I believe Zoom even has more features than Google Meet.

Hangouts was terrible for many years but meet is WAY better now

How does Google Keep integrate with Google Calendar? In the past, when we set up a reminder in Google Keep, it would show in Google Calendar, but that feature was removed. At least for me. It was very convenient.
