Hello, my beautiful friends! The holiday party was SO much fun! My coworkers were commenting on my lipstick and how it didn't budge, after eating mozzarella sticks, wings, French fries, salad, and nachos 😁 I was hungry!!! My friend whips out her Maybelline Super Stay matte liquid lipstick, and we all chatted about makeup! I didn't win the Ugly Christmas Sweater contest, but omg! I’m so sorry for your loss ❤ the first year is the hardest . Give yourself time then you will only think of the good times you had growing up with mom . It’s been over 20 years since both my mom and dad have passed and I can smile at the wonderful memories we made . I get teary eyed often but I know that thanks to them I’m the woman I am today and my children will always know about their grandparents❤Sending you healing energy, light and love 😊.

I love that Maybelline skin tint too. So smooth on mature skin and long lasting! I agree about the eye dropper applicator 😑but, it's way less messy than the one on the L'Oreal True Match Nude serum foundation. That one is an absolute mess! Revolution's cream bronzer is my fave too! It's the only cream formula that doesn't fade and the lightest shade works so well on my neutral undertone. I grew up with Charlie Brown and all the specials on TV. The Christmas one is definitely a fave. Linus' soliloquy sums up the season letting all the commercialism fade away. 🎄

And the Revolution Ultra Cream bronzer is the best! Sooooo good! The “firsts” are hard 😢 I’m so sorry you’re having to go through this. I lost my Dad (who has always been my rock) 5 years ago. So this is my 5th Thanksgiving and Christmas without him here physically. It was rough the first 2-3 years, not gonna lie. I just went through the motions. But, this is my new normal. It doesn’t get better really, just different. It’s a new normal we didn’t ask for and don’t want, but we can make it what they would want us to make it. I knew my dad wouldn’t want to see me sad. Christmas is my favorite holiday and I knew he would want me to do all the things I always did to enjoy it. So I’m sending much love and healing prayers to you this holiday season. ❤️🙏 It’s ok to feel how you’re feeling. I’m glad therapy is helping. It helped me too ❤️ have a wonderful weekend! Hugs! 💕💖

That's what I usually do, use eyeshadow for liner, but I try to do a shorty wing with that and I just have too much crepe in that area to get a good line, but thanks for the tip! This weather, yuck! Sunny and cold beats warmer and swampy.
