Taking canned chili and making it perfect for Chili dogs and elevate the flavor
2 oz ground sirloin
1 sm can NO bean chili(6-8 oz)
1 tsp fine grated onion
1 tsp ketchup
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, cumin
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp butter
melt butter and begin browning ground beef with grayed onion and all the dry spices.
once meat is browned, and broke down with the spices, add the soy sauce and ketchup.
mix well then add the canned chili and combine everything. cook elevated chili for 5 minutes on medium low, making sure to break up any big chunks. taste for flavor, add cayenne for spice or chili powder and cumin to up the chili flavor. serve as a dip or for chili dogs, chili cheese fries etc
