I seen some Roy Jones moves and speed in there he's just gotta learn to relax and surprise them with the speed power shot counters instead of teeing off on his opponent and sending them into a state of fight or flight making the opponent hyper aware and in this case fighting back hard for his life in there. Good stuff and good fight he just needs a little more seasoning and settling down in there 💯💪

@@decidingpaper6324 Supposedly Zepeda is going after Shakur, so that would make Schofield the WBA #1. #2 would be DLS, Tank is immune to mandatories so he isn't going to fight the winner, but maybe Schofield - DLS could be for an interim title or something and it's just a good fight imo. And there's always Bahdi who took the Sylve fight off the table for Schofield.

@@decidingpaper6324 Bahdi would be just fine and he's WBA top ten, so maybe that fight could even be for an interim title (in which case there would be no reason to fight DLS because you then do not have to deal with PBC and no one wants that) then Zepeda would be possible definitely, even if he does lose to Stevenson. Schofield - Sylve now becomes a fight for down the line sometime. Sylve has a lot of work to do to get back, but he has more than enough time at his age to do it.

Other refs would've stopped that fight at some point, way too many moments of unanswered barrages. Regardless, it proves that he either just doesn't have knockout power, or he gets way too overconfident and just starts teeing off without looking for good shots. I say the latter because he was making the dude take a knee from a clean body punch, he has more than enough power but not enough discipline.

@boxingnicc4629 none of those guys are 38 years of age, plus I'm not the adverage boxing fan , former fighter plus boxing coach , so what's wrong with the young man needing little bit more to time to develop, this sat will see how far he develop since that fight , he looks good on paper and has all the skills but he hasn't been tested yet. Good standout in the amateurs ,great backing from golden boy , father did a great job coaching him , but the kid was way bigger than Rhodes again stronger, faster, way better amateur pedigree than Rhodes by far, so we will see Saturday how far he has come...
