quick kitchen declutter & reset (25 item challenge!)

i took about 20 minutes to get rid of 25 items in my kitchen including expired food, old cups, and trash, of course!

Started reading a book called intuitive eating. It really has changed how I see food wish I would’ve read that book 20 years ago it would’ve sent to me from a lot of diets and looking at food as good foods and bad foods before starting your health journey. I do hope you read it and your way of thinking about food too. I don’t feel bad anymore. If I eat a cookie I say that I don’t feel bad if I eat 5 cookies lol

Also you'll find your own style in the things you like for your home.❤ Once you start seeing themes in your life itll be easier to decide what stays and what goes. You made me giggle on your adult comment. When I lived on my own all my pots and pans and kitchen was pink and white. My livingroom was decked out in black and red with young Bob Marley on my wall. And my bathroom was the Little Mermaid 😂. And my bedroom lavender and green. I can proudly say that my home is now cohesive 😅.

I never have expired food, 1) most expired food is still good to eat 2) I never buy so much that I have them that long. 3) bread, flour, rice are refrigerated or in freezer so can be kept for a while. 4) My husband helps eat things up 😂.
