Quick LTSpice: Check Capacitor Charging Analysis

In this video, I use LTSpice to check some calculations I did by hand.

In that video, I used Thevenin's theorem to determine an equivalent circuit to allow me to determine the equations for a charging capacitor circuit. Here, I confirm the results by simulating the original and the Thevenized circuit side-by-side.

These are not equivalent circuits. You can arbitrarily swap the R and C. You’ll confuse your students. Agreed V across C is same, but you’ve introduced confusion

Unfortunately, you used the wrong symbol for the voltage-source (0:09).
