I agree totally with you on how people treat you differently with makeup and clothing choice. I'm a ministers wife and get scrutinized when I run into someone. If possible could you do makeup on a mature model. I am 65 and fight against dark circle and fine lines and wrinkles. I have dry skin also. I also have the one hooded eye. Thanks for your good work.

I'm absolutely treated different depending on how I'm dressed and if I have makeup on, at some places. Not Nordstrom, though. I can go in there looking like he'll, and if I ask them to put that LaPrarie on me, they sure are happy to do it, and they'll go the extra mile and also offer me the Cle de Peau. I love Nordstrom!!!

@@deann3621so basically I went to Sephora and the lady she put that eye cream on first to see if it can make a difference to my under eye, it was magic!!! I was like wait what? As a consumer, if I were to go to a hair stylist for the first time, and her hair is a mess, it would make me weary of her touching my hair. People such as; makeup artists, hair stylists, fashion stylists, even those working in make up stores - are essentially walking business cards for their business. When I worked in the construction industry, I would say that our job sites were our business card. Potential clients would see if our sites were well maintained, or if they were a hot mess, which could affect them wanting to use us for future jobs.
