This was so much fun! When I read "Quick Yoga", I thought that you were talking about the short 20 minute time period, but you really meant "Quick" lol. I absolutely loved the flow and strength elements of this workout. I gotta do more like this. Namaste.

Millionaire Hoy I love your workouts! I always follow up one of your workouts with one of Ali Kamenova's yoga workouts for some extra cool down/strength work. Thanks to you both for keeping your workouts free, intense, and positive for all of us! You are doing great work.

Fun quick yoga interval workout . I like the back and forth transitions to front and back of the mat. Nice variation from vinyasas to change sides. A new favorite for when I'm short on time.

Ali, I love all of your videos! Thank you for offering so much for the public. I am currently busy working full time and going to graduate school. Some days 10-15 minutes is all I can designate for yoga. I would love to request 10-15 minute coffee cup videos when you are creating new material. Thanks so much for spreading the light!

Great Class Ali, I've said before that I'm usually not a fan of short duration classes, but that is because most teachers either try to quick cram everything in...or, even worse, focus on a single body part...These leave one feeling "undone". One of your many strengths is the short class. Your voice allows one to feel calm and unhurried,..and, you manage to address a full spectrum. The best part, for me, in any of your classes, are the fun change-ups. Today the Warrior 2/ballet squat/Warrior2 dance felt so fluid. I also enjoyed the side plank/tree/hold tree/ side plank. That was brilliant...a simple hold made everything old, new again. The fun finale' one legged wild thing is, amazingly, becoming smoother and more routine...Just like you said it would. And of course...lovin' the handstand jumps...any and all of these. It seems that the variations are proving useful in finding ones own method to a rocket handstand...They make me happy!!! You are The Pied Piper of Yoga. You lead and we will follow...with love on this dark fall day...Happiness and Harmony to you and Sophie, ever love and smiles to you my friend, Laura PS My Sparky has a 3-4 day sleepover doxie buddy named Solong (teehee). He is tiny and 13 years old. His mom is in the hospital recouping from cancer surgery. I am sending out positive love and prayers for Gerry and Solong today...maybe we can all think a good thought or prayer for her...

That is such a nice thing to say Ali. I appreciate all of those same qualities in you too. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers for Gerry and Solong. I just spoke to her and she is doing much better today...Ever grateful for answered prayers, love Laura

Hey Ali, I'm just reviewing the class today in preparation for tomorrow...and, Wow on the chair, knees into chest, lifting heels, jump into chataranga...yes! The camera really caught that jump (at about1:23)...I have played it back several times and am ready to try it using your method...I'll let you know how it goes...I'm always excited when anticipating a new class...tomorrow, xo, Laura

The most times I've fallen on my butt during yoga. The hops to handstands are totally new to me, is there a beginners video to help work up to these? Otherwise, super fun workout and probably the most effective power yoga sequence I've ever done.

Ali, I think you made a error on the video description. It says: "This is a beginner sequence (...)", but it definitely doesn't seem very beginner-friendly. As a side note, I actually managed to complete some of the stuff here! :D (Had to modify or skip the rest, though.) I didn't even know I could do knee-tuck push ups. :) Even If I couldn't complete it all, I really liked it! Thanks a lot! :)

I'm so stressed up. I want to do the moves. But I don't know how too. I'm a strong person but my knees, hips and wrists hurt when it's against the floor, even with mat. I really don't understand why professionals like you don't feel bone aches like me. How I wish I can...

Hey Ali, quick QUESTION. I seem to be having a really hard time with flexibility when I practice yoga without being warmed up beforehand. Especially for quick classes like this one. I found my body to be stiff and not cooperating as much. Is it possible to become more flexible without the necessity for a warm up before Yoga? I get the best results & feelings practising yoga after a good run or HIIT workout :) Let me know. Thank u!

Thanks Danielle and Ali!! I definitely agree that yoga practice are best achieved with warm muscles :). I will try Tabata or Sun salutations ;) Thank u!!

I think so...It's 6:30 at night for me now and I did it this morning and am still thinking about it. In a good way though! Just trying to figure out why it affected me the way it did. NOT IN A BAD WAY though....Just interesting how it did.

I also felt that way about this sequence, and I have never felt like that before about Ali's videos, maybe this one went just a tad too fast.
