Quick 'n' Easy install #5: connecting the communications cable from the indoor to the outdoor unit

Since the refrigerant is in the line sets, how does the disconnect and move work? Because they have to be moved as a set since the refrigerant is partially in both after the initial install? This type of connection looks good. All the best from north Texas.

Yes, right, just disconnect the quick connectors when you want to move, and the refrigerant stays in the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and all of the line set. And then reconnect them again, and turn the unit back on at your new location, and you are good.
