Love the concept of this channel to begin with! This video felt very different from the conventional cooking shows. The "kitchen magic" aspect that we get from big "mass produced shows" (like from the food network et cetera) felt toned down but it still felt streamlined which was great for making it feel more "organic". Almost like we are cooking along with you. I really appreciated that aspect. It's interesting to see the original recipe. What i think would be cool for visual people (if it's not too much work) would be to show the difference between how the original recipe was set and what you did for yours on screen but apart from that it was great! I will definitely check out your other Videos!

Bulk pork sausage would be non-link sausage that is sold in a 1lb chub pack. Eg Jimmy Dean brand.
