Your ment to use sparkling water or beer fo more puffiness and no milk and use self raising flour for your dry ingredient bind tg and then fry at 180 for 3 min or till golden brown

Nice new format! There's more to losing weight than cutting out sugar so I'd definitely skip these desserts, all of them! I don't like most store bought food. I prefer homemade. I'd just eat less of the good stuff!
