I made this pecan meat tonight and I had amino acids. My whole family ate it and really enjoyed it Tabitha. Thank you for all you do to bring vegan eating to the forefront of our culture. LIVE and in person. It is good to see someone actually preparing this food and enjoying it. That's what makes the difference for me the visual aspect of cooking, not just reading a recipe. People want to know this lifestyle can work for everyone.

I can not wait to catch a live video. This is too funny. Edit: RECIPE 2 cups of pecans added to pot of water. Add liquid amino or liquid smoke. Add some seasonings. Boil for ten to twelve minutes. Chop a little onion, bell pepper, mushrooms. Drain pecans. Add all of this to a blender. Do not blend until smooth. Just a few seconds. Add oil to frying pan. Place it on medium or medium high heat. Add vegan meat to pan. Add a little more seasonings. Brown a little. Serve.

All peppers start out green and then ripen to the color their genetics intended them to be. ... They spend less time in the field and contain less sugar because they aren't full-color ripe. So, when you see a red pepper with some green on it, you're really just seeing a pepper that's still in the process of ripening. I love you Tab and you make my spirit laugh

I felt u Tab. I did that once, and Never again. I turned into Someone I had No idea Who, plus it was hard getting it out of my system. That was Definitely Caffeine Overload. Tabitha!!! Today is day 2 of my no meat for 30 days.... I tried the pecan tacos. I don't have a food processor but I have a handheld chopper so I got an arm workout too 💪🏽 😅.... umm these are good! I have to get used to the texture but I'm telling myself it's like a Jack In the Box taco...and Lord know that ain't meat OR vegetables...ain't no telling what's in THOSE! and I used to tear them UP two for 99 cents! But these??? It feels good to kind of indulge in a comfort food like tacos...knowing I'm getting good healthy protein with the pecans and nutrients from the mushrooms. I have not gone nor do I know if I'm going vegan or even vegetarian. Just no meat for now. So I made my corn tortilla taco shell and used some cheddar cheese with dairy. And I like to drizzle enchilada sauce on my tacos and top with more onions. 😋 and lemme tell you, I'm tearing these pecan tacos 🌮 UP! Thank you Tabitha!!!
