Quick recipe with 1 potato and 1 egg! The most delicious recipes!
An incredibly delicious recipe for a quick breakfast, lunch or light dinner. I usually used a tortilla in this recipe, but I decided to try replacing it with potatoes and eggs and I really liked it. My kids love this dish. They like it stuffed with ham and cheddar cheese and my husband likes it with ham, caramelized onions and gruyere cheese. So the filling can be whatever you want, to suit every taste. Try this quick and super easy recipe and let me know in the comments how you liked it. With much love
INGREDIENTS:
1 potato
1 egg
Black pepper
1/2 tablespoon ghee or butter
Feta
Handful of spinach
1 teaspoon chilli crisp
Sprinkle some feta on top (optional).
