But really she was hurting suffering inside her mind mental health is so hard to deal with I suffer from it so I can understand how raven was filling I wish I could have talked to her and tell her those thoughts are just temporary and things will get better it’s so sad heartbreaking ❤️‍🩹

Same hair type. I also do my wash and go on next day after I wash hair.. For our hair type I think the twist help our hair clump even though we aren’t doing a twist out. I never shingle. I even find that if I can’t wait till next day, twisting it for a few mins helps the clumping hence no need for shingles. Thanks great video

Haven’t put heat on my hair in awhile just been doing a lot of protective styles (braids wigs etc) What I slack in is moisturizing conditioning and keeping ends cut.
