I think the hunters eye skill that lets you lock on further with bows also works with jinx. you can stealthily jinx enemies multiple times before engaging them

Jinx is just way too fun. Especially when you get to an enemy you really don't want to deal with.

They make all this cool stuff for the hex mage, but then they explain nothing about it in game... that's bad business. If it wasn't for this video I never would have found out how cool is to make a hex build, because each hex is like a quest in itself it seems. Love the game but the lack of info kills it in many aspects(I don't want any hand holding, but at least explain what is part of the game), and the long walking to get anywhere also. They could've made some fast travel system between regions at least... it sure is adventurous going on foot, but when you do it for the 5th time in a day you just wish the walk was over.

I will agree that a lot of things are not explained as they should be. Yes I love that its really cool to find things out, but especially when it came to these hexes its pretty bad. I myself actually had no idea they existed until I checked the internet. Obviously you would find out about them if you talked to every NPC, but no everyone is really going to do that. But ya they makes hex mage even cooler than it already is.

Also I can't find any help on navigation and understanding the map better. Is that something I'm just gonna have to learn and get used to or you got any tips on that as well??

My best advice is just to play the game more (duh I know lol). It becomes super easy after that. You have given me a pretty good idea for a video though so I will try to dish out some ways of reading the map and environments to make traveling easier!

Just something I wanted to say for normal outward if you have only gold and less then 45 silver you can get the doom hex from the head master for free just a glitch my and my friends found out when fucking about while poor

The soroboreans DLC introduced a lot of dark magic. Blood abilities, hexes, and the chill hex that comes from the dead. It kind of shows the twisted nature humans can be drawn toward when faced with doom such as the Scourge.

Just wanted to point out, that the 9th watcher for whatever reason wanted to teach me Sigil of Fire, which I learnd in Monsoon. Might be just DE, becuse I could not learn the Sigil from the first watcher, as I used to do previously.

I always take fire sigil from him. Not really sure why it wouldn't let you. Something very odd with that sequence of events I know that.

DUDE ! JUST did a playthrough with Hex passives main, then Monk / Rune - focussed on heavy armor with magic damage bonuses, using axe and dagger. just opportunistic stab and high magic damage, paired with War bow(confusion) and perfect strike(pain) makes them do cartwheels everytime after OP STAB its soo awesome ! magic brawler man !

@@erinpitt580 Ya the stab is a little bit ridiculous, and it is crazy that the best one doesn't even require a breakthrough point! The hex passive is what gets me. I love never having burnt health or stamina and I don't know how else to play now lol.

Yes. Doing this will make enemies 50% weaker to whatever element you used. Which is incredibly strong.

a little south of the wendigo lair there is a ruined house, on the 2nd floor there is a note, saying that while they know eating h. flesh will bring a curse they will starve otherwise, go read it for the wendigo video

I unfortunately did not know about this until after I made my Wendigo lore video. However the story is bizarre. They couldn't move locations due to the scourge overwhelming them. And they were running out up food fast. So one of the guys ate his buddies... pretty tragic tbh.

Can i affect the enemy with 2 hix ex light and fire then use rupture or it will apply only on fire

You can apply as many hexes as you want before activating rupture. This is what makes it so powerful.

You can't hit the totem with arrows unfortunanlty. However the chakram works. Arrows don't hit hard enough I guess.
