I have a similar one to that little one in my office at work., going on three years-running a minimum of 8hrs a day, five days a week-and it still works great. The majority of the time is just running the fan, but when you need the heat it gives it to you. Everyone who comes in when it's chilly always mentions it, and lingers. 🤣 I love it!

Can you set a timer? Example: turns on to heats room at 7am?

it only has timer of how long it will be on before it turns off no time settings

Is there any way to clean it when there is dust inside? or has it restricted access by special screws?

That's my biggest niggle about fan heaters. My two dogs and cat cast hairs and they also create a lot of fine dust. My PC needs a good degunking preferably twice a year.
